I used a Donner Yellow Fall delay pedal (kindly given to me as a birthday present by Martin) together with Michael Chapman’s Ibanez electric guitar for this instrumental piece, which I hadn’t actually finished writing when I went into the studio to record it. Michael told me to “just sit down and play what comes out,” so I did exactly that, and two takes later he announced “That’s the one!” as the final note tailed off.
